What helpful goal setting websites do you use?

Looking for your personal experience vs. just Googling and coming up with 1,000 sites. Tell me which one(s) and why. Thanks.
I'm looking for something that'll sort of be my "accountability person" for different projects around the house, exercise maybe. I saw a good one but I didn't bookmark it. It had templates for various common goals.
